Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add the items you want to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within New Zealand. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.


Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Afterpay, which lets you split your payment into four interest-free installments.

Do you accept returns?
We aim to make sure you love every purchase, so we carefully check all products before they leave our store. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns unless a product is faulty or damaged. If something isn’t right, please contact us immediately — we’re here to help!
